Barbra Streisand Greatest Hits 1970
Barbra Streisand's Greatest Hits 1970
After the amazing success that Barbra had in the 1960's with her music, it seemed only right that by 1970 it was time for a Greatest Hits collection. However, coming so soon after Happening and the Funny Girl soundtrack, Greatest Hits serves up "Happy Days Are Here Again," "People," "Second Hand Rose," "My Man" and "Don't Rain On My Parade" too soon. There were songs that should have been include instead -- even if they hadn't be released as "singles" (which seems to be the determinant for placing it on a greatest hits collection). Undiscovered gem: "Sam, You Made The Pants Too Long" if only because it's a full, studio version of the song just sampled in Color Me Barbra.

Does anyone know where I can get a picture of Barbara in a suit jacket and pants with suspenders doing the skit of Sam you made the Pants too long. I remember seeing one years ago. I would dearly love to do an art piece of this. Thank you.
